To prepare for your upcoming appointment, St. Matthews Dentistry provides our patient forms online. Completing forms before your visit will also help ensure timely check-in for your appointment. If you are unable to print and complete the forms, we ask that you arrive for your appointment 15 minutes early, so you may complete them in the office.

Yes! We welcome new patients of all ages and often have openings within a few days or weeks. Call our office to find the next available appointment.
Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive exam and necessary X-rays. In most cases, a cleaning can also be completed during your visit—but this depends on your current oral health and whether a deeper cleaning may be needed first.
We know that countless St. Matthews families rely on dental insurance to make their care affordable, which is why we are proudly in-network with the following dental insurance providers: Blue Shield Blue Cross of SC, Delta Dental Premier, United Concordia Elite Plus, AlwaysCare, Starmount, Unum Dental, Liberty Dental Plans (Wellcare and Allwell Medicare Only), and most United Healthcare, Metlife, GEHA, Guardian, Lincoln Financial, Connections Dental plans.
Our dental team will gladly help you with an estimate of benefits before your treatment and with filing your insurance claim. If we are out-of-network for your insurance, we will help guide you in filing a claim. Patients are responsible for the difference between the insurance benefit and the cost of the procedure. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
